WHO WE ARE
We are four like-minded, ingredient-driven, food-obsessed, visionaries, bringing you one distinctly Northern California culinary experience. You know us as: ZuZu, SMOKE, Hog Island Oysters and Oenotri. Our food is local, seasonal and straight from the earth; everything is sourced from farms, ranches and organic purveyors all within our backyard and yours. Our collective cooking styles – Californian, Mediterranean, Italian, Spanish. – combine contemporary with traditional and rustic with refined for a delicious open-air experience.
ZuZu – Wood-fired classic, seafood, or vegetarian paella
SMOKE Open Fire Cooking – Open-fire slow roasted whole pig or lamb
Hog Island Oyster Co. – Oysters - on the half shell or bbq’d
Oenotri – House-cured salumi and wood oven-fired pizza
Each "live fire" feast is brought to you, on location - field, farm, vineyard or backyard – we go anywhere and serve any size event: large and small release parties, food and wine pairings, company celebrations, weddings, rehearsals, private dinners and beyond.
